Inspired by Luke’s Vietnamese heritage, Thai roots and Australian upbringing, Lua presents a seafood-led menu brought to life over an open hearth and live charcoal fire pit.

Lua means “fire” in Vietnamese, the warmth of our kitchen and the flame behind every grill, every simmer, and every beautifully cooked plate.

Inspired by the Mekong River, the heart of Vietnam, our menu celebrates everything it brings to the table: pristine seafood, vibrant herbs, rich flavours, and dishes designed to be shared.
