Reconciliation Action Plan
Working towards a Reconciliation Action Plan is a commitment that Doltone Hospitality Group has made, to recognise the importance of acknowledging the gap in our society between various communities and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
With this commitment, we vow to strengthen relationships by doing our part in including and collaborating with First Nations Peoples. We will be guided by these partnerships to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce and business network.
Doltone Hospitality Group will take every opportunity to honour the legacy of the First Nations Peoples and the land on which we operate. Our business has been afforded opportunities which we acknowledge were made possible by being situated on culturally significant land.
This Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan is incredibly important not just to me, but to our Directors, People, and our wider business network, in taking significant steps toward achieving National reconciliation . With this plan, we will launch a new timeline of deliverables which will see us progress through our reconciliation journey. We are proud to join the thousands of businesses nationwide who have made the same commitment.
As we embark on our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan, we are excited to develop our partnerships and people, as we work towards our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan. We are proud to be a part of this journey.
