What is the minimum/maximum value for a Doltone Hospitality Group gift voucher?

Gift vouchers can be purchased for a range of values, with a minimum of $50. For higher value requests, please contact our team for assistance.

How long does a gift voucher take to be delivered?

Gift vouchers are delivered electronically to the nominated email address shortly after purchase. In most cases, delivery is instant.

My voucher is branded for a specific venue, can it only be used there?

No. While your voucher may feature a specific venue, it can be redeemed across participating Doltone Hospitality Group venues, unless otherwise stated.

What if my gift voucher hasn’t arrived?

It is sent immediately to the nominated email address. Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact our team for assistance.

Terms & Conditions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. No extension of validity will be offered.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift vouchers are redeemable at participating Doltone Hospitality Group venues.
  • Gift vouchers are delivered electronically to the nominated email address at the time of purchase.
  • Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
  • Gift vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen or deleted.
  • For transactions exceeding the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.
  • Any unused balance will remain on the voucher and can be used for future transactions within the validity period.
  • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for the purchase of event tickets or accommodation and may be used for food and beverage only at participating Doltone Hospitality Group venues.
