Our teams work together as a family to service and support our clients through the entire event process. Come join the team at Doltone!  We are currently seeking 2 enthusiastic and talented Sous Chefs to join our team at Sydney Town Hall and Midden by Mark Olive!

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene and food safety while fostering a positive work environment.
• Work with the team delivering high-quality dishes with efficiency and flair under pressure.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies.
• Helping to develop and train the next generation of culinary stars.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an autonomous Sous Chef role
• Trade qualification
• Full working rights within Australia
• Be able to work a varying roster including some weekend work
• Pride in producing exceptional food with impeccable presentation/attention to detail
