Our teams work together as a family to service and support our clients through the entire event process. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Chef De Partie to join our team at Doltone House Darling Island.

Your responsibilities:
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high-quality dishes.
- Maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene and food safety while fostering a positive work environment.
- Work with the team delivering high-quality dishes with efficiency and flair under pressure.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies.
- Helping to develop and train the next generation of culinary stars.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Trade qualification
- Full working rights within Australia
- Be able to work a varying roster including some weekend work
- Pride in producing exceptional food with impeccable presentation/attention to detail
