We are seeking dedicated Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Assist in setting up and maintaining clean, inviting dining and event spaces
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring compliance with RSA guidelines
• Support the team during events by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and safety at all times

About You:

• Previous experience as F&B Attendant or in customer service is an advantage however not essential – we can train you on the job!
• A valid RSA card (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential
• Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong commitment to upholding high presentation and service standards
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude with a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
