We are seeking dedicated Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Assist in setting up and maintaining clean, inviting dining and event spaces
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring compliance with RSA guidelines
- Support the team during events by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and safety at all times
About You:
- Previous experience as F&B Attendant or in customer service is an advantage however not essential – we can train you on the job!
- A valid RSA card (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong commitment to upholding high presentation and service standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, proactive attitude with a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
