Doltone House partners with BESydney to help bring the world’s leading business events to Sydney

Doltone House has announced a new strategic partnership with Business Events Sydney (BESydney), reinforcing its commitment to attracting and delivering major national and international business events in Sydney.

The partnership comes ahead of the opening of Doltone House Harbourside and brings together two organisations with a shared ambition to showcase Sydney as a world-class business events destination. Set to open in 2027, Harbourside will be one of the city’s newest purpose-built venues.

Currently under construction as part of the landmark Harbourside development by Mirvac, Doltone House Harbourside will deliver 4,500sqm of flexible event space with capacity for up to 1,250 guests, complemented by a publicly accessible 3,500sqm rooftop garden, uninterrupted waterfront setting of Darling Harbour and dedicated event spaces for conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners and major corporate events.

The renewed strategic partnership will see Doltone House and BESydney work together to support the attraction of global business events to Sydney, connecting event organisers with a new and iconic waterfront destination designed to deliver large-scale experiences.

Bringing more of the world to Sydney

For international delegates, Doltone House Harbourside will combine purpose-built business event infrastructure with an iconic Sydney Harbour setting and a highly connected CBD location.

The venue will sit within the broader Harbourside precinct, close to ICC Sydney, major hotels, transport connections and the city’s cultural and tourism attractions, providing international event organisers with the opportunity to deliver a distinctly Sydney experience alongside the infrastructure required for major global events.

Doltone House CEO Anna Cesarano said the partnership reflects the importance of collaboration in strengthening Sydney’s position on the global business events stage.

“Iconic destinations are brought to life through visionary partnerships. We are proud to work alongside BESydney to contribute to the future of global business events in Sydney and to create opportunities for more of the world to experience our city through exceptional events.”

BESydney CEO Amanda Lampe said Doltone House Harbourside would be an important addition to Sydney’s growing business events offering.

“It was super exciting to get a briefing from Doltone House CEO Anna Cesarano about their amazing new venue, Harbourside, which is currently being built in partnership with Mirvac. Sydney is building up an extraordinary array of venues and experiences for business events visitors, and Harbourside is going to be another spectacular addition. Looking forward to when it opens in October 2027!”
