The Role

Wandin Valley Estate are currently seeking 2 x Housekeeper (Part Time and Casual) to assist in maintaining our beautiful spaces and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in our operations — ensuring immaculate presentation of rooms, common areas and supporting event services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, bathrooms and communal areas to ensure exceptional standards of comfort and hygiene.
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of public spaces, including lounges, reception areas and event venues.
• Provide operational support during weddings, corporate events and cellar door activities once core housekeeping duties are completed.
• Adapt to a variety of tasks across the venue, offering support in different departments based on operational requirements.
• Represent Doltone House with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Assist with the setup, reset and overall presentation of event and shared spaces to ensure they are guest-ready at all times.
• Flexibly contribute to both cleaning and Food & Beverage operations as needed, especially during peak periods or large-scale events.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming and customer-focused experience for all guests, enhancing their overall stay or event experience.

About You:

• Demonstrated housekeeping experience in accommodation, hotels or event venues is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to assist with Food & Beverage operations when required.
• Physically fit, with the ability to perform manual tasks and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Possess a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or be willing to obtain one to support F&B service as needed.
