Doltone House, a leader in hospitality and events, is looking for experienced and motivated Casual Kitchen Hands to join our talented kitchen teams across our various locations including:

  • Doltone House Darling Island
  • Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf
  • Doltone House Hyde Park
  • Doltone House Western Sydney
  • Doltone House Sylvania Waters

About the Role:

  • Dishwashing and general cleaning
  • Assisting chefs with basic food prep
  • Maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
  • Waste removal and stock handling

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is essential
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
