The Role:

Our company is growing and we looking for our next Event Coordinator to join our talented events team. If you thrive in a high volume fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for our specialised role today.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact for clients and suppliers in the planning stages of each event
  • Organising multi day events, exhibitions, gala dinners, corporate events, weddings and social events
  • Menu consultations, organising run sheets and liaising with operational and kitchen teams
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding bookings & logistics of bump in/bump out
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients
  • Working with your client to ensure the optimal stress-free outcome

Your Attributes:

Your Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years event coordinator experience in hospitality/events is essential
  • Proven success of managing multi day events and exhibitions.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high volume fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and administration skills
  • Knowledge of Ungerboeck is an advantage (but not essential)
  • Operational experience is an advantage
