The Role:

Our company is growing and we looking for our next Wedding Coordinator to join our talented team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for our specialised role today.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers in the planning stages of each wedding
• Work closely with your clients to understand and develop their event requirements
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure event is executed flawlessly
• Timely and accurate distribution of all event related information to internal and external stakeholders

Your Attributes: 

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Relentless pursuit of quality outcomes that exceed expectations
• Ability to collaborate and cultivate productive relationships
• Ability to communicate with influence, impact and confidence
• Passion for customer-centricity

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years total experience in hospitality/events
• Proven success of event/wedding coordination and planning is essential
• Operational experience is an advantage
