The Role:
At Doltone Hospitality Group, we’re evolving. As we continue to expand into exciting new ventures and strengthen our core operations, we’re looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Systems Support Coordinator to join us on the journey.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining and supporting our POS environment and associated systems
- Rolling out stocktake processes, audits, and financial reporting
- Building and managing a centralized Support System for fast, trackable resolutions
- Collaborating on key projects to innovate and streamline system workflows
- Create and manage inventory databases
- Work closely with the Finance team to enhance invoice automation
- Collaborate across departments to ensure system rollouts are smooth, innovative, and effective
