The Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced and professional Office Administrator to join our friendly team in our Pyrmont Head Office. Working a rotating roster including some weekends, this is a great opportunity to step into Doltone House as we embark on exciting upcoming expansion.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the office
- Answer and managing incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Managing restaurant reservation phone and email enquiries
- Monitoring company shared mailboxes efficiently
- Ensure accuracy in tracking guest, customer and client details in our CRM system
Your attributes:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated Administration and or Reception experience
- Reservation experience highly regarded
- Must be computer / Word proficient is essential
- Passion for customer-centricity

Please note the successful new team member must be available for 2 Saturdays per month with a day off during the week.
