Hay St Market in launching 24 March 2025 and we are current recruiting for 2 Fruit Shop Store Manager to lead the team at Signorelli Bros.

The Fruit Shop Store Managers will be responsible for placing orders for food, beverage and retail items across the Hay St Market. This role will ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of products, maintain strong supplier relationships, and support the venue’s operational needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of amazing staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily store operations with a focus on maintaining an inviting and vibrant shopping environment.
• Drive sales and meet targets while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Handle stock levels, visual merchandising and store presentation to keep the space fresh and exciting.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, creating a loyal and enthusiastic community.

What We Expect:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in running a fruit market ideally
• Staff management experience – training and rostering
• A passion for people, with a genuine love for creating amazing experiences for customers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a strong work ethic.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
