The Role:

We are recruiting for an Event Sales Coordinator to join our talented Corporate Sales Team.

The role is responsible for all aspects of developing, servicing and maintaining new business to include pre-defined clients and accounts/prospects as agreed from time to time.

Your responsibilities:

  • Answer enquiries from new and regular customers via phone, email  or personal site visit and process using our enquiry system and software Ungerboeck.
  • Prepare initial event proposals and sales contracts to clients.
  • Attend site visits, meet and greets and Doltone House events as required.
  • Assisting with preparation/organisation of trade shows and internal events, as well as representing Doltone House at these events.
  • Working with high calibre corporate clients from vast industry sectors, building relationships with to gain their trust and repeat business.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients until event is contracted, providing expertise and support in order to facilitate the success of events.

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in high volume, fast paced sales environment
  • Previous experience working within hospitality or event sales
  • Experience working with budgets, client proposals and contracts.
