About the Role:

As Chief Kitchen Steward, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
  • Supervising the dishwashing and cleaning teams, ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Managing inventory and ordering cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Collaborating closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations, especially during busy operations
  • Ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards across all kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards.
