 Doltone House is recruiting for CHEFS of various levels to join the team! 

For 55 years, Doltone House has been a leading brand in events and hospitality. Our venues have set the stage for countless celebrations and events, from weddings to global conferences.

Today, we have more than 50 event spaces across nine venues and a dedicated catering, food and beverage arm, with many more exciting projects already taking shape.

The Role:

We are recruiting for Apprentice ChefsCommis, Demi & Chef de Parties to join our talented brigade across our various venues including Jones Bay Wharf, Darling Island, Hyde Park and Sydney Town Hall.

Your experience & attributes:

  • Previous experience as a chef with trade certificate is essential (excluding apprentice applications)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Pride in producing exceptional food with impeccable presentation/attention to detail
  • Relentless pursuit of quality outcomes that exceed expectations
  • Previous experience within functions/events for large numbers in a banqueting environment is an advantage however not essential
